Bareback Pads

These bareback pads are contoured to fit and have high density foam which cushions in the right places. The breathable, slip resistant underside and girths greatly improve your safety. The synthetic suede top looks great, yet it is easy care and lightweight. You can even throw it in the washing machine – but not the dryer.

Our pads come in English and in Western styles. The English style bareback pad is available in two sizes, including the difficult-to-find pony/child size. The Western Style has two back pockets – one with a water bottle and the other with a Velcro closure on the flap for your phone, keys, wallet etc.  Both styles are equally popular and come in an assortment of beautiful colors and are reasonably priced.  Our bareback pads have been very favorably compared to much more expensive pads.

We also have the Comfort Plus bareback pad by Best Friend which is certainly one of the best bareback riding pads available.

Wonderful for pleasure riding. A must for every riding school. Nothing teaches balance as well as learning to ride bareback.  Very useful for lessons on the lunge line as well. The D’s at the pommel can be used for a hand hold.
