The 10cm tapered brim blocks overhead and angled sun across your face and ears without obstructing peripheral vision — critical for safe riding. Most riders barely notice it after the first few minutes.

The patented silicone grip strip inside the adjustable headband holds securely through cantering, jumping, and galloping. Wind isn’t an issue, and it handles light rain well — genuinely useful in New Zealand’s changeable weather.
