Ordering your HorsePlay Products
You may order simply by using our secure online store, or by phone or e-mail. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Our contact details are:

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be sent the following working day.
All prices displayed are in New Zealand currency. Please note that prices for goods sold on this site may alter from time to time without prior notice.
We are committed to making your shopping experience with HorsePlay a safe one. To help ensure this, we employ a 128-bit encryption programme (SSL server) for encoding your personal details required when placing an online order with us. All of the personal details included in the transmission to us can only be seen by our staff and not by a third party. Please note that this online security is a safer means of transmitting personal details than off-line processes.
We firmly pledge that we will not provide the email addresses, usage paths, or demographic data of our visitors or customers to any third parties.
Our services and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, temporarily or permanently remove any product from the website with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable for any such modification or withdrawal. Where products are not currently in stock customers will be notified about any delays in delivery times.
Shipping to domestic addresses is made Monday – Friday via Pass the Parcel Couriers and, upon confirmation of your order, we will provide a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery especially to rural addresses.
Domestic shipping and handling is free of charge on all private, domestic orders. Any retail purchasers should contact HorsePlay directly to discuss establishing an account and the relevant Terms and Conditions.
We are happy to ship internationally however, for international sales, we recommend contacting our International Distributors, whose details are listed on this website. If there isn’t an International Distributor in your country, please discuss shipping costs with HorsePlay NZ
We at HorsePlay NZ are totally committed to quality and service. We absolutely guarantee the quality of all our products. If however, HorsePlay erroneously sends you the wrong item, we will be happy to send the correct product or refund the value of the goods purchased.
We are not able to exchange or refund goods which have been opened unless they are faulty and have been returned to HorsePlay within 7 working days of receiving them. If your purchase reaches you damaged or defective, we will happily replace or exchange the item(s) to the value of your order.
This Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or mistreatment.
Prior to dispatching any item you wish to exchange or return, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone nationally on 0800 800 297 or internationally on +64 21 597 898, and discuss the nature of your return and to receive a Return Number.
Refunds or replacements will be made for a product incorrectly sent or a faulty product being received. Please ensure you contact HorsePlay regarding your concern and we will help you through the process of returning or replacing your product. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are your responsibility. If, however, an error was made in processing your order or the product was found to be faulty, HorsePlay will gladly reimburse you for any postal and handling expenses.
