Description
The VIS Equips Reflective Tail Guard improves rear visibility for horse and rider – the angle that approaching vehicles see first when coming up behind you on a road or track. The reflective strip catches headlights from a significant distance, giving drivers early warning to slow down and pass safely.
Made from sturdy nylon fabric with a soft neoprene tail panel that wraps under the dock of the horse’s tail for stability. Two Velcro hook-and-loop closures and two slim elastic ties hold the bottom of the shield in place on the tail during riding. Lightweight and easy to clean.
Ideal for road hacking, beach rides at dusk, or any situation where vehicles are approaching from behind. Pair with the Reflective Breastplate or Reflective Bridle Straps for front and side visibility, and the Reflective Safety Vest for the rider.
